  package dbus 1.12.16-2ubuntu2.1 failed to install/upgrade: triggers
  looping, abandoned

Status in dbus package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  It failed to complete the install of new software. It then tried to
  back out don't think that worked. I was surprised it re-booted after a
  long time reporting issues commanding USB hubs (I think) I tried
  updating on report and an error happen leading to me writing this.
