Bug description:
Issue described in bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/intel-microcode/+bug/1903883
is still not fixed.
As a temporary fix I can add 'dis_ucode_ldr' parameter to kernel.
Hardware is Acer Aspire v3-372-57M8, i5-6267U, 8GB ram in two modules
