This is from Casper.txt
Windows is hibernated, refused to mount.
Falling back to read-only mount because the NTFS partition is in an
unsafe state. Please resume and shutdown Windows fully (no hibernation
or fast restarting.)

Does it install after that?

  Ubuntu 20.04 beside 18.04. Had install increase partition
  automatically...

  During install install crashed...not sure why
