Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  similar to #934371 but even less detail.
  Was running "sudo do-release-upgrade"

  If none of this applies, then please report this bug using the

  '/var/log/dist-upgrade' will contain details about the upgrade.
