[Bug 1912368] [NEW] Error when setting up autopkgtest armhf system in Canonistack

I was running the following command '/usr/bin/autopkgtest -dd gzip
--setup-commands setup-testbed --apt-upgrade -- ssh -s nova -- --flavor
m1.small --image ubuntu/ubuntu-hirsute-daily-armhf-
server-20201124-disk1.img --keyname brian_canonistack-bos01' with
autopkgtest version 5.13.1 and encountered this error:
