[Bug 1913885] [NEW] cant update to Ubuntu 20.04 from 18.??

None of those fit exactly.  I get the Cant calculate the upgrade error
when trying to upgrade my 18.04 to 20.04.  No other data provided in the
error message.  I will try to add data from the log files later.
