[Bug 1935860] [NEW] ltrace: building on RISC-V fails

Public bug reported:

version: 0.7.3-6.1ubuntu2

Building package ltrace for riscv64 fails due to missing architecture
specific files (sysdeps/linux-gnu/riscv64). Some of these can be auto-
generated from Linux sources.

Since 2013 there is no upstream for the package. Fedora, Suse, Debian,
Canonical all maintain their own patch series.

ltrace allows tracing library and system calls and is still in use as a
developer tool.

Suggested actions:

* consolidate distro-specific patches into a single repository
* develop RISC-V specific code

** Affects: ltrace (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Tags: riscv64
