[Bug 1936733] [NEW] Install RELEASE button in the upper-left corner of the screen

Public bug reported:

Hours after installing Ubuntu and getting a message like "Executing 'grub-install /dev/sdaX failed. Fatal error. ", I realized that in the left corner of the screen there was an icon with the description "Instal RELEASE".
