  can't upgrade from 18.04 to 20.04

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Initially I tried to upgrade an got an error about PPAs so I disabled
  all extra repos and tried again and I just got an "unresolvable"
  problem without too much info as to the cause.
