  Feature Request - Allow unpriv access to gpio, i2c, and spi

Bug description:
  There should be groups 'gpio', 'i2c', and 'spi' and these should be
  the groups for the associated hardware pins with read/write access.
  Users can be put in these groups to allow unpriv access to this
  hardware. One should not need to have the root password to use these
  features.
