Public bug reported:
1) OS info:
Description: KDE neon Testing Edition
Release: 18.04
2) Package version:
ubuntu-release-upgrader-core: 1:18.04.38+p18.04+git20200803.1136
3) I'm trying to upgrade from 18.04LTS to 20.04LTS
4) I'm unable to upgrade due this bug:
> No snaps are installed yet. Try 'snap install hello-world'.
> exitMainLoopMidFlight
> nvidia-driver-460
This bug started months ago, ubuntu-drivers-common was unable to recognize "nvidia-xxx-server" as drivers name due to a regex that has been fixed in new release as reported in changelog:
https://packages.ubuntu.com/bionic-updates/ubuntu-drivers-common
The fix was available from august on focal's ubuntu-drivers-common package as discussed here:
https://github.com/tseliot/ubuntu-drivers-common/issues/46
But now I'm still unable to upgrade, maybe it is related to these bugs:
