  failed upgrade from 18.04 to 20.04

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  I checked for broken packages and updated everything through apt.

  When running sudo do-release-upgrade, it hangs after the second
  "Reading state information... done" after fetching packages, and then
  gives me
