yes still not ok
even on impish now 🙄:

$ ncal -w
    June 2021         
Su     6 13 20 27   
Mo     7 14 21 28   
Tu  1  8 15 22 29   
We  2  9 16 23 30   
Th  3 10 17 24      
Fr  4 11 18 25      
Sa  5 12 19 26      
   23 24 25 26 27   

week numbers are wrong (+1), not iso8601 style counting but instead always
counting the week with Jan 1 als week 1 🙈

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: bsdmainutils

  The output from "ncal -w 11 2010" prints the wrong week number.

  I have 3 PC's and all of them have this error!

  user at 01:~$ ncal -w 11 2010
      November 2010
  Mo  1  8 15 22 29
  Di  2  9 16 23 30
  Mi  3 10 17 24
  Do  4 11 18 25
  Fr  5 12 19 26
  Sa  6 13 20 27
  So  7 14 21 28
     45 46 47 48 49

  With Ubuntu 10.10 and 8.04 the output looks ok.

      November 2010
  Mo  1  8 15 22 29   
  Di  2  9 16 23 30
