Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.

Looking at the messages, one issue appears to be a 3rd party xenial
package - mysql-community-client 5.7.21-1ubuntu16.04 , as that package
is preventing install of focal (20.04) packages.

Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu should be removed
prior to upgrade, the upgrade performed, then if needed, the 3rd party
packages returned (or versions appropriate for your new release) to
avoid issues with your upgrade.
