Title:
Backport support for the riscv64 unmatched board

Status in livecd-rootfs package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  [Impact]

Currently in focal (20.04.2) we only build the 'riscv64' image that
boots on the SiFive Unleashed board. In hirsute we added support for
the Unmatched variant. As part of HWE, we want to backport the support
for unmatched in livecd-rootfs and cdimage for the upcoming 20.04.3
  milestone.

  [Test Case]

Run image builds (best if done via cdimage) of both the unmatched and
unleashed devices using proposed enabled. If the builds succeed this
is already sufficient verification of this part of the changes -
checking if both boot successfully might be an additional test case.
For now it's sufficient for us to have buildable images.

  [Where problems could occur]

If the cherry-picks are wrong, some non-preinstalled or non-riscv64
images can stop building or, due to issues with image generation,
become unbootable. But a quick check of one/two other daily images of
other flavors should be sufficient to make sure that's not the case.
