  * d/control: Remove redundant linux-firmware-raspi2 dependency
  * d/control: Demote libraspberrypi-bin dependency to recommendation; it's
    only required for querying the bootloader configuration on older firmwares
    which don't exist on impish

Bug description:
  The Raspberry Pi bootloader EEPROM has seen quite a few changes since
  the last merge (in January). We should merge these into impish and
  consider SRU to currently supported versions at least back to Focal.
