Thanks for reporting.

I get the same error message when attempting to install build
dependencies for mongodb on Ubuntu 20.04. It looks like the python2
package was dropped from requests shortly before the release of focal
(https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/requests/2.22.0-2ubuntu1), which
means mongodb can no longer be rebuilt.
