Title:
Strange behavior when going from ac to battery mode (suspend)

Status in systemd package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  Scenario:

Laptop is set to go in standby after 60 min inactivity only(!) when on
  battery.

Laptop is on AC and left without use for 90 min.
Laptop is then disconnected from battery.

  Symptom:
Laptop goes to standby at once!

The Bug seems that the inactivity timer is not reset when going from ac to battery (or the switch isn't seen as activity)

It is very annoying, because if you switch the Laptop to battery you
_want_ to do something with the laptop in the near future (seconds to
minutes) in 95% of the cases...

Using a fresh install of Ubuntu 16.04 64 bit with gnome 3 flashback +
  compizz
