Title:
17.10 Shutdown Delayed 10 Min Due To Wifi

Status in network-manager package in Ubuntu:
  New
Status in systemd package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
My Lenovo G50 laptop takes roughly 10 min to shut down, due to the
wifi. After turning off the "automatically connect" option, shutdown
occurs normally. I have found the following processes to have caused
  the delay:

  WPA supplicant
  Network manager
  Raise network interfaces

I hope this can be resolved soon! Thankyou.
