  start-stop-daemon does not work

Status in systemd package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  start-stop-daemon does not seem to work under systemd, as seen in the
  openssh autopkgtest.

  I wonder if start-stop-daemon thing, when running on systemd systems,
  but not from init.d scripts should maybe integrate and use systemd-
  run.
