Screenshot is from my system. It's my secondary system, so I can keep it
to debug. But I don't know what to do to get past this initramfs prompt.
I'm stuck.

Title:
dropped into initramfs after update on March 1
Status in lvm2 package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
This is the system I was running when it happened:
- Kubuntu 20.10 install with default encryption settings (LUKS, whole disk)
- upgrade to 21.04
- on Monday March 1 2021 an lvm2 update came in
- after a reboot, get dropped into initramfs
I am attaching a screenshot of the initramfs prompt reproduced by a
colleague. I have since wiped the system as it is my main work
machine. The data itself was not corrupted (could still mount the
partitions/volumes).
I would suspect the issue is brought by
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+archive/primary/+files/lvm2_2.03.11-2ubuntu1_2.03.11-2ubuntu2.diff.gz
which is a debdiff hidden by the no change rebuild that happened
after.
