[Bug 1917970] [NEW] PowerManagemaent: (aScreen doess not stay on when set to "never")

In the Control Icon, select Power Management) and within that window,
there is a switch to set indicating under AC power, if you want the
display to go off in time--- I have set this switch to "never" (turn the
display off) and when I set it to "never", the screen still goes off in
10 minutes or so ---
