Bug description:
  RM and blacklist -  udeb holding up kernel udebs

  partman-nbd only builds udebs, that depend on kernel udebs, maybe it's
  best to remove & blacklist the package, or demote it to proposed and
  keep it uninstallable here.

  mdcfg only builds udebs, that depend on kernel udebs, maybe it's best
  to remove & blacklist the package, or demote it to proposed and keep
  it uninstallable here.

  lvmcfg only builds udebs, that depend on kernel udebs, maybe it's best
  to remove & blacklist the package, or demote it to proposed and keep
  it uninstallable here.

  partman-basicfilesystems only builds udebs, that depend on kernel
  udebs, maybe it's best to remove & blacklist the package, or demote it
  to proposed and keep it uninstallable here. partman-basicfilesystems
  is vendored in ubiquity build.
