Title:
  Remove ubuntu-system-service from archive

Status in ubuntu-system-service package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Hello,

The functionality of ubuntu-system-service has been replaced with the
systemd package. It is no longer used as part of the default install
and does not have any rdepends in the archive.

Would it be possible to remove ubuntu-system-service from the
  development release?
