[Bug 1921563] [NEW] i apologize i closed the error window, but at the end of the installation, something failed to install

Public bug reported:

the issue happened when installing the operating system, everything
installed and worked just fine and i still got the installation complete
you need to restart in order to use the new installation, but at the end
i ran into an issue where it said that it failed to install a particular
thing, i would tell you what it was exactly but i kind of did a stupid
thing and closed out that error report.
