[Bug 1927711] [NEW] No autopkgtest to detect common conflicts with linux-firmware

See bug 1918013, bug 1691729, bug 1927240. An autopkgtest that attempts
coinstallation of linux-firmware-raspi2 and linux-firmware should be
able to catch these in advance of regressing the archive, in particular
automatically when a new linux-firmware arrives.
