Title:
  PIP should also be symlinked

Status in python-pip package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
The `pip` command on UNIX systems should refer to the same python
version as the python as the `python` command. Hence if this package
is installed `/usr/bin/pip` should symlink to `/usr/bin/pip3`.
