[Bug 1928481] [NEW] Please integrate cron with systemd instead of legacy /etc/init.d

I would like to manage cron with standard systemd resources, such as
"systemctl". Please integrate cron with systemd.

As a workaround, I have to use raw /etc/init.d for this.
