[Bug 1928557] [NEW] Steam freezes and crashes on Ubuntu 20.04 , but not in Windows

Public bug reported:

We play Dota 2 in Steam on Ubuntu (since the game was just Warcraft and on Ubuntu 9.04, 10.10, 12.04, 16.04 and now trying on 20.04), but the Steam freezes and crashes(within a few minutes) without any err msg.
Can you please have a look!?
