[Bug 1928673] [NEW] grub install failed. noticed warning no efi when partioning

Public bug reported:

was installing from usb created by rufus
fatal error when installing "grub"
Noticed a warning when partioning that there was no efi partition
created 10000 root
4095 swap
36000 home Logical Ext4 partitions not Primary
If I tried to create Primary partitions the "free space" changed to "unusable"
