Ubuntu 21.04 here.
Also getting this, as well.

Setting up shim-signed (1.47+15.4-0ubuntu2) ...

 installed shim-signed package post-installation script subprocess returned error exit status 10


grub-efi-amd64-signed is installed already. Attempting to install grub-efi-amd64, as proposed here, requires removal of shim-signed anyway, so that doesn't seem like a valid fix, if secureboot is on (unless that is, in fact, signed?).

  No apport report written because the error message indicates its a followup error from a previous failure.
