[Bug 1928392] Re: add newer Ubuntu releases to lintian for older Ubuntu releases

I tested lintian in by using debuild with 2vcard after changing the
release name in 2vcard to impish. With the version of lintian in the
release pocket lintian raised and error about the release name and with
the version of lintian from -proposed no error was raised, so I'm
setting this to verification done.
