It seems your EFI variable storage is malfunctioning.

It might just need some help. You can try resetting the BIOS, and
rebooting a couple of times to try to trigger garbage collection in case
it overflowed.

If that doesn't help, you might have to get the mainboard reflashed or
exchanged by its manufacturer.

Or it might work to give up EFI boot and boot in BIOS mode using the
BIOS' CSM.
