[Bug 1929445] [NEW] grub do not install properly

Bug start when I was unable to start my PC with a black screen a prompt with no key fonctionning on keyboard.
I decide to make complete reinstalation of the entire system.
At the end of the fresh install I got the error message that grug could not be installed on partition (dont remember the name).
