Title:
nvmf-autoconnect: add udev rules to set iopolicy for certain NetApp
  devices

Status in nvme-cli package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Can Ubuntu 20.04 pull in the following git commit?

  https://github.com/linux-nvme/nvme-
  cli/commit/6eafcf96f315d6ae7be5fa8332131c4cc487d5df

NetApp devices should be running with the round-robin I/O policy as
opposed to the default, numa, whenever native NVMe multipathing is
  enabled. This patch resolves this.
