This is not the case with the version of vim (2:8.2.2434-3ubuntu3.1)
which is included with Ubuntu 21.10 so I'm setting this task to Fix
Released but opening one for Focal.

** Also affects: vim (Ubuntu Focal)
   Importance: Undecided
       Status: New

** Changed in: vim (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Fix Released

** Changed in: vim (Ubuntu Focal)
       Status: New => Triaged

** Changed in: vim (Ubuntu Focal)
   Importance: Undecided => Low

Title:
  autoload/netrw.vim contains a typo on NetrwBrowseUpDir mapping

Status in vim package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released
Status in vim source package in Focal:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  Hello,

  File /usr/share/vim/vim81/autoload/netrw.vim contains a typo on
  NetrwBrowseUpDir. It should be

  ```
  if !hasmapto('<Plug>NetrwBrowseUpDir')       |nmap <buffer> <silent> <nowait> -      <Plug>NetrwBrowseUpDir|endif
  ``` (without space)

  This minor but very annoying :-)
