After the uploaded changes only this one is left:

/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/gi/overrides/Gdk.py:329: DeprecationWarning: Gdk.Cursor.new is deprecated
  return cls.new(*args, **kwds)

Ignoring that for now under the assumption that the pygobject package is
taken care of upstream.
