The purpose of the dialog is to guide you to picking a type of problem
with your system which can then be translated to a bug about an Ubuntu
package. By choosing "Other" no package is chosen so no bug is reported.

Bug description:
  OS Name: Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS

  Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Type ALT+F2 and type ubuntu-bug as instructed in the Ubuntu Desktop Guide ("Report a problem in Ubuntu").
  2. Select "Other problem".
  3. Click OK.

  Expected Result:
  Something that says an error report was sent or a place for me to describe the problem.

  Actual Result:
  An error message:

  You need to specify a package or a PID. See --help for more
  information.
