Public bug reported:
Setup: live-build inside docker (debian-slim) installing rsyslog
(8.32.0-1ubuntu4) in ubuntu 18.
postinst fails to access /var/spool/rsyslog and /var/log, claiming they don't exist.
both folders exist in /build/chroot.
unsure whether this is more of a rsyslog or a live-build issue.
debootstrap.log:
chmod() of /var/spool/rsyslog via /proc/self/fd/5 failed: No such file or directory
chmod() of /var/log via /proc/self/fd/5 failed: No such file or directory
apt output
