The Precise Pangolin has reached end of life, so this bug will not be
fixed for that release

Bug description:
  The unzip package of Ubuntu 12.04 misses the line "Multi-Arch:
  foreign" in the "control"-file.

  Without this line it is not possible to build packages depending on
  unzip for the architecture i386 and to install this package on AMD64.
