man py3versions says:
-i, --installed
Show the installed supported python3 versions.
so this was not a bug in impish, as although python3.10 can be
installed, it is not a supported version. This is fixed in
python3-defaults 3.9.4-1ubuntu2 in jammy-proposed. Sorry for the noise.
