Ok, I understand (although as I remember, the list of updates never was
hidden).
Then I ask to implement an additional setting for expand this piece of
information by default. So this is not a bug, but a new feature.

I've set the "/apps/update-manager/show-details" setting to "true",
but the expander with description still closed when update-manager
starts.
