  mate-window-properties
  mate-at-properties

  are not effected.

  I expected these packages in mate to have a command not found similar
  to metacity if it is not installed of telling you which package it
  comes from and suggesting the correct comnad if you make a typo that
  is close. Instead it just says command not found which is not helpful
  for users that don't know which package it is in or mistype commands
  frequently.
