[Bug 1967784] [NEW] After install reboot was unsuccessful with dark screen.

Public bug reported:

Installation of 21.10 beta 4-2-2022 went well. Both screens were normal and active.  Reboot did not produce a screen to login, they were both dark following the DELL post screen.  I have a DELL XPS I5 with two monitors.  One on DVI and the other a Display Video connection.  Both screens dark.  I am also using an MSATA1 SSD as a hard drive.
