I'm not sure what you see, the menu is not supposed  to be shown unless
you hold a key during boot (e.g. shift)

  grub menu is not shown on Hisilicon hi1616 installed with jammy beta

Status in grub2 package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I tried to install with 20.04.4 ISO and jammy beta ISO. With 20.04.4
  server live arm64 ISO grub menu is shown on ipmitool sol console but
  not shown with jammy beta ISO.

  After 30sec kernel is loaded and kernel message is available with both
  ISO installed.
