Occitan is selectable in the installer in today's daily build ISO.

Bug description:
  Hello,

  the Occitan locale is not in the list of the installer whereas the translation are done.
  It's been changed for Mint here:
  https://github.com/linuxmint/ubiquity/pull/45/files

  I suppose the same change can apply to Ubuntu itself.
