This was a deliberate change whose reasons weren't explained well enough
for me to understand them.

  Ubuntu Jammy 22.04 Testing. 'ZFS' is not installed

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  QA Testing: Install (entire disk with ZFS) in Ubuntu Desktop amd64 in Jammy Daily 
  Daily Build 2022/04/14  Apport will not collect information due to ZFS package is missing.
  Filed this bug report manually instead.
  Terminal Output:
  $ zsysctl show
  Command 'zsysctl' not found, but can be installed with:
  sudo apt install zsys

  Everything works excellent. Just missing the ZFS package
