The following regressions have been reported in tests triggered by the package:

sbuild/0.81.2ubuntu6 (ppc64el, arm64, s390x, amd64)
piuparts/1.1.5 (ppc64el, arm64, s390x, amd64)
pbuilder/0.231build1 (arm64)

Bug description:

  Without this update users cannot generate kinetic chroots for
  development.

  Attempt to debootstrap kinetic.

  Nowhere really, this simply introduces a suite specific script which
  is not used unless you attempt to create and Ubuntu Kinetic chroot.
