Looking at the attached VarLogDistupgradeAptlog.txt, the upgrade is
failing on a broken 'libwacom-surface' package. This package is not in
the Ubuntu archive, and appears to come from
pkg.surfacelinux.com/debian.
Please try using the tool ppa-purge to remove the PPA, and then try the
upgrade again.
