Bug description:
Attempting to upgrade from 21.10 to 22.04. Dual boot HP455G1 with Win
10 and Ubuntu. White screen and error message: "Oh no, something has
gone wrong. a problem has occurred and the system can't recover.
Please contact a system administrator" System does not boot.
CTRL+ALT+F3 produces blackscreen with flashing cursor (not terminal).
